High Gear Daddies

After Rodney James and Mark met in the summer of 2008 in Fort Collins, they already talked about starting a rockabilly band when Mark would move from the Netherlands to the USA. That took some time, but finally in December 2009 Mark entered the USA and in February they started rehearsing. Meanwhile Rodney J spoke to Rodney Bowen and asked him if he would like to play drums in this band. On a monday evening the first rehearsel took place with Rodney J and Mark. That saturday the 13th of February they were asked to fill in for a band that cancelled their gig in the Skylark Lounge in Denver. So without much band practice and still no name, all three of them joined up on stage and had a great gig. All three musicians are very experienced so that first performance looked like as if they played together much longer then just that evening. Now they’re ready to play on every stage and let everyone enjoy some good (old)
